Goldex Casino Review 2026: The Bonus Terms, Withdrawal Caps and the Catches

The short version: Goldex is a Curaçao-licensed casino whose welcome bonus comes with 40x wagering, a 7-day clock and a cap of five times the bonus on what you can win from it, whose weekly withdrawals stop at CA$4,500 (or the equivalent), and whose responsible-gaming page offers no on-site limits at all. Everything below was read on Goldex's own terms pages on 16 October 2026: the bonus terms (marked "Last updated: 29.09.2026"), the general terms (Canadian-dollar version) and the responsible gaming page.

Who runs it

The footer and clause 1.1 of the terms name the operator as Stable Tech N.V., registered under No. 160129 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority, licence OGL/2024/161/0191 — the same licensee behind Hollywin, Jet4Bet and the rest of this brand family. The family resemblance is visible in the paperwork: Goldex's own bonus terms still say "Hollywin reserves the right" in clauses 1.10 and 5.5. Older listing databases show an earlier Hollycorn N.V. / OGL/2023/176/0095 entry; the live footer supersedes it. Accepted currencies (clause 4.1) include EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, NOK, PLN, BRL and JPY plus BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, DOGE and USDT. No sportsbook. Clause 2.4 bars real-money play from a long list of countries that includes the USA, the United Kingdom, Spain, the Netherlands, Portugal and Poland, and clause 5.1 of the bonus terms excludes players from Israel, Spain, Sweden, the UK and the USA from every bonus.

The welcome package, tier by tier

The bonus terms set out four deposit tiers, each with a 20 EUR/USD minimum deposit, 40x wagering, no maximum bet while the bonus is active, and a maximum win of 5x the bonus amount:

• First deposit: 100% up to 2,000 EUR/USD, plus 40 free spins a day for 5 days (200 in total) on Fruit Million.
• Second deposit: 100% up to 3,000 EUR/USD.
• Third deposit: 50% up to 6,000 EUR/USD, plus 50, 100 or 150 free spins for deposits of 20, 100 or 150 EUR/USD.
• Fourth deposit: 100% up to 4,000 EUR/USD.

Added up, the four tiers come to 15,000 EUR/USD of bonus money. Headline figures on banners and in third-party listings have been far larger — earlier versions of this review repeated a €38,000 figure — so go by the tier table in the terms, which is the document that binds. Activated bonuses are valid for 7 days, and free spins must be activated within 3 days.

Two clauses decide how much of this is usable. Game weighting (clause 2.3): slots count 100% towards wagering; baccarat, blackjack, video poker, roulette, poker and "other games" count 5%, and jackpot slots are excluded from bonus play (clause 5.4). Cancelling (clause 2.2): the bonuses are "non-sticky", so you cannot withdraw until wagering is complete, and if you cancel with a balance above deposit plus bonus, the balance is cut back to your original deposit.

An earlier version of this review described a 5% crypto deposit bonus with no wagering and cashback at 5x. Neither appears in the bonus terms dated 29.09.2026: clause 1.7 says cashback is a bonus "unless otherwise specified", and the default wagering in clause 2.1 is 50x. Treat both as unconfirmed unless the promotions page shows them with their own terms.

Worked example: what a €100 first-deposit bonus is worth

Deposit €100 and the first tier adds a €100 bonus. At 40x, and reading the requirement as applying to the bonus, you must place €4,000 of bets within 7 days before anything can be withdrawn. On a slot that returns 96% of stakes over the long run (an illustrative figure — check the game's own information screen), €4,000 of spins costs about 4% × €4,000 = €160 on average. The bonus adds €100 and the wagering is expected to cost €160, so the package is worth roughly −€60 compared with simply playing your own €100 — before the 5x cap, which limits what the bonus can ever pay to €500.

Play blackjack instead and each €1 bet counts as 5p, so the same €4,000 of counted wagering needs €80,000 of blackjack bets. The arithmetic is the reason the terms exist: a wagering multiple, a weighting table and a win cap together make most deposit bonuses a cost rather than a gift. Withdrawals, verification and the clauses that void winnings

• Limits (clause 11.10): 4,500 CAD a week and 22,500 CAD a month, "or its equivalent in other currencies, including BTC". The minimum withdrawal is 30 CAD (clause 11.1).
• Speed (clause 11.7): requests are processed in 0 to 24 hours depending on the method; identity checks can hold a withdrawal up to 72 hours (clause 11.12); bank transfers take up to 3 working banking days (clause 11.13).
• Deposit turnover (clause 9.6): every deposit must be wagered once before it can be withdrawn, and up to three times if money laundering is suspected.
• Documents (clause 11.3): the casino can ask for ID, proof of address, source-of-funds statements and selfies; refusing, or a mismatch, lets it close the account and confiscate funds, a decision described as "final and not subject to appeal".
• Voids: withdrawing before wagering is met voids the bonus and its winnings (clause 2.1); bonus abuse, delaying bonus rounds, and low-risk roulette covering 25 or more of 37 numbers can all void winnings (clauses 5.5, 5.6 and 9.3).
• Dormancy (clause 12.1): after 12 months without a login, a monthly fee of 37.5 CAD can be charged while the balance is positive.

Responsible gambling: what is and is not there

The responsible gaming page states that Goldex accepts only players aged 18 or over, suggests keeping track of time and money spent, and points to Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy. It describes no deposit, loss or session limits, no cooling-off and no self-exclusion tool. Clause 10.5 of the terms adds that deposit limits "cannot be applied" to deposits made through its crypto payment processor. If you need limits, set them outside the casino — with your bank, your card provider or a blocking tool — before your first deposit.

Goldex is licensed, publishes its terms in detail and processes withdrawals quickly by its own account. The catches are all in writing: a welcome package that costs more in expected wagering than it adds, a 5x win cap, weekly withdrawal caps, broad confiscation powers, and no on-site limits.
