The welcome bonus as the terms state it

An earlier version of this review listed four tiers with a 10x win cap. The bonus terms dated 21.01.2026 read differently:

• Third deposit: 50% up to 6,000 EUR/USD, with 50, 100 or 150 free spins for deposits of 20, 100 or 150 EUR/USD.
• Fourth deposit: 100% up to 4,000 EUR/USD.
• First and second deposits: not set out in the bonus terms page we read — check the promotions page and its own terms before relying on them.

Both published tiers carry 40x wagering, no maximum bet limit and a maximum win of 5x the bonus amount; free-spin winnings are capped at 5x what the spins produced. Bonuses last 7 days (clause 1.3) and the default wagering where an offer does not say otherwise is 50x (clause 2.1). Game weighting (clause 2.3): slots 100%; baccarat, blackjack, Hi-Lo, video poker, roulette, poker and other games 5%, live-dealer versions included. Jackpot slots are excluded from bonus play (clause 5.4), and players from Israel, Spain, Sweden, the UK and the USA cannot take any bonus (clause 5.1).

Worked example: a €200 fourth-deposit bonus

Deposit €200 on your fourth deposit and the bonus is €200. At 40x that is €8,000 of wagering within 7 days. On a slot returning 96% (illustrative — the figure varies by game), €8,000 of spins is expected to cost about 4% × €8,000 = €320, against a €200 bonus: an expected −€120 compared with playing your own money without the bonus. The 5x cap means the bonus can never pay out more than €1,000 however well the session goes. On blackjack at 5% weighting, the same requirement needs €160,000 of hands.

The cancellation rule is the other thing to know (clause 2.2). The bonuses are "non-sticky", so nothing can be withdrawn until wagering is done; cancel with a balance above deposit plus bonus and the balance is reduced to your original deposit.

Withdrawals and verification

• Limits (clause 11.9): 3,000 EUR/USD a week and 15,000 EUR/USD a month, or the equivalent including BTC. VIP Club (clause 11.10): 5,000 a week and 20,000 a month.
• Processing (clause 11.6): 0 to 24 hours depending on the payment method.
• Identity checks (clause 11.12): a withdrawal can be held for up to 72 hours while identity is verified.
• Deposit turnover (clause 9.6): every deposit must be wagered once before withdrawal, or at least three times if money laundering or fraud is suspected.

At the standard cap, a €12,000 win takes four weeks to withdraw in full; a €20,000 win needs a second month, because the monthly limit is €15,000.

Responsible gambling

The responsible gaming page states that HollyWin accepts only players aged 18 or over, recommends keeping track of time and money spent, links to Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy, and names parental-control software.
