A casino bonus is not free money with a multiplier attached. It is a contract with roughly a dozen ways to breach it, and at HitNSpin most of those ways end the same sentence: the real balance goes too, not only the bonus one.

The two-balance model, and why it decides everything

HitNSpin runs two balances per player: a real balance and a bonus balance. Any bonus is credited to the bonus balance, and bets draw on the real balance first. Only when the real balance reaches zero do you start playing with bonus money.

That ordering is the reason the rules below bite. You do not choose when you are "playing with bonus money" — the balance mechanics choose for you, and the max-bet limit applies from that moment whether or not you noticed the switch. The wagering progress is visible in your account and in the left sidebar during play, which is the only place to confirm where you actually are.

The max bet, and the penalty for exceeding it

This is the clause that costs people the most, and there are two versions of it.

• Casino bonus money: 5 EUR maximum bet per spin. Also 5 USD/CAD/NZD/CHF, 350 RUB, 150 UAH/THB, 500 JPY/INR, 2,500 ARS, 20 PLN/RON/PEN, 3,500 CLP, 130 CZK/MXN, 2,000 KZT/HUF, 25 BRL/DKK, 20,000 COP, 250 PHP, 130,000 VND, 50 NOK, 50 SEK.
• Betting (sportsbook) bonus money: 50 EUR maximum stake. With the equivalent scale — 3,500 RUB, 1,500 UAH/THB, 5,000 JPY/INR, 25,000 ARS, 200 PLN/RON/PEN, 500 NOK, 500 SEK and so on.

Both limits stand until wagering requirements are complete. Two details are easy to miss and both are explicit in the terms: the limit includes the doubling or risk game, and an in-game buy-feature purchase counts as a spin. A 20 EUR feature buy while a casino bonus is active is a breach, not a big bet.

The penalty is not a warning:

Violation of this rule at any stage of the gameplay or betting, regardless of the outcome, will lead to the cancellation of all player's balances (real and bonus), the forfeiture of any winnings derived from such bet(s), and/or account closure.

"Regardless of the outcome" means a breach counts even on a losing spin, and "all player's balances (real and bonus)" means your own deposited money is inside the penalty. The terms state the decision is made entirely at HitNSpin's discretion.

Five days, and what the wagering actually counts

Bonuses and gift free spins must be wagered within 5 days, unless a specific bonus states its own validity period. Anything unwagered after that is automatically voided.

Contribution is simpler than at most operators, with one named exception:

• All bets count 100% while wagering in slot games.
• Big Bass — Hold & Spinner (Pragmatic Play) counts only 15%.
• Casino bonuses cannot be wagered at all in live casino, table games or instant games. The terms list these as roulette, blackjack, poker, baccarat, game shows, money wheels, keno, craps, scratch cards, mines, plinko, dice, bingo and wheels.

What the page does not publish: a wagering multiplier, a bonus percentage, or a maximum bonus amount. Those live in each individual offer's detailed conditions, so the number that determines whether a bonus is worth claiming is not on the general terms page at all. The no-deposit cashout cap

Winnings from a no-deposit bonus carry a maximum cashout, stated in that bonus's own terms, and the general rules add a specific structure around it:

• The rule applies where the withdrawal amount including the wagered no-deposit bonus exceeds 500 EUR.
• Anything above the cap is deducted at withdrawal.
• Making a deposit after claiming the no-deposit bonus increases the cap by the deposit amount — the terms' own worked example is a 500 EUR cap plus a 100 EUR deposit giving a 600 EUR cap.
• Once a withdrawal is made, the limitation is voided.
• At least one deposit must be made by anyone who used a no-deposit offer, to meet KYC and AML requirements.

The clauses that void winnings

Beyond the max bet, these are the behaviours the terms name as bonus abuse. All of them carry the same consequence set: forfeiture of the bonus and its winnings, voiding of the real money balance, blocked access, or immediate account termination.

1. Placing disproportionate or strategic bets to exploit the bonus system — the terms give two examples: leaving large bets unresolved in games like blackjack, and placing sportsbook stakes at very low odds, below 1.20, intending to resolve them after wagering completes.
2. Building in-game value with bonus money, losing the bonus funds, then cashing out the built-up value in real-money play.
3. Exploiting any software bug or failure.
4. Betting on more than one outcome within the same market in one event while a bonus is active.
5. Postponing game rounds, free spins or bonus games while playing with bonus money.
6. Holding more than one bonus per player, IP address, device, family, residential address, telephone number, card, e-wallet, email, or shared network — the terms name university, public library and work networks explicitly.

The trap at the end: withdrawing kills the bonus

This one catches people who have done everything right.

You may request a withdrawal of your deposited amount before meeting the wagering conditions. But all cash bonuses, free spins, Wheel of Fortune spins and the loyalty points multiplier are forfeited the moment a withdrawal transaction is created — and if that withdrawal is then cancelled, for any reason, the bonuses are not reverted.

Two things to check that are not about money

Country exclusions. Some bonuses are not available in certain countries — the terms give Japan, Finland and Brazil as examples, and note that some game providers are unavailable in some jurisdictions. If free spins you were awarded are not available in your region, the terms direct you to contact support for a replacement.

Language. The terms state that the English version supersedes all other versions in the event of any discrepancy. If you are reading the German, Norwegian or any other translation of a HitNSpin bonus condition and something turns on the exact wording, the English text is the one that governs.
