Most pages about HitNSpin withdrawals show you a tidy table of payment methods and processing times. HitNSpin does not publish that table. What it publishes instead is a numbered set of conditions in section 8 of its terms, and those conditions — not the payment method — are what decide when your money arrives.

This page works through them clause by clause. Every figure below was read from HitNSpin's own terms and conditions at hitnspin.com on 1 September 2026. Clause numbers are quoted throughout so you can check each one yourself. Operators change terms frequently and without notice, so read the current version before you deposit.

Who is on the other side of the payment

Clause 2.2 names two companies, and the distinction matters the moment a payment goes wrong.

• Twicedice B.V. — the gaming licensee. Registered at Korporaalweg 10, Willemstad, Curaçao, registration number 154842, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence OGL/2024/818/0448.
• ICS Manpower Solutions Ltd — the payment agent, not the licensee. Registered in Cyprus at Voukourestiou 25, Neptune House, 1st floor, Flat/Office 11, Zakaki, 3045 Limassol, registration number HE 445968, acting as authorised agent on behalf of Twicedice B.V.

If a withdrawal stalls, the gaming complaint goes to the licensee and its regulator; the payment complaint concerns the agent. Knowing which entity sits behind which problem is the difference between a complaint that lands and one that circles.

The published approval windows

Clauses 8.13 to 8.16 set approval times by amount, not by payment method. All four apply only to players who have already completed the KYC check, and all four exclude weekends and public holidays.

Two things to read carefully here.

"Approved" is not "received". Every one of those clauses adds that the time for money clearance varies by payment method, and that most payment providers — banks especially — do not process on weekends or public holidays. Clause 8.18 states outright that once a withdrawal is approved, HitNSpin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processors or clearing. The published window covers the operator's side of the transaction only.

The steps widen sharply. A 4,999 EUR request is capped at 5 working days; add one euro and the cap becomes 14. If you are near a boundary and want the shorter window, the amount you request is the lever you control.

The six conditions that must be satisfied first

Clause 8.11 lists what has to be true before a cash-out request is even considered. These are the ones that actually strand people.

• 8.11.1 — every field in your profile must be filled out. An incomplete profile is a silent hold, not an error message.
• 8.11.2 — funds must be withdrawn using the same method used for depositing. This is the single most consequential clause on the page. Your deposit method is your withdrawal method, chosen at deposit time, usually before you have thought about it at all.
• 8.11.3 — you must have made at least one deposit.
• 8.11.4 — requests of USD 1,000 or more trigger identity verification. A passport or ID card copy or photograph; the terms permit you to paint out the passport series and number on the image, and reserve the right to request further documents.
• 8.11.5 — deposits made through a phone operator delay withdrawal by 2 to 3 weeks for a fraud check. That is the operator's own figure, and it dwarfs every window in the table above.
• 8.11.6 — if your turnover is two times less than your deposit, HitNSpin reserves the right to withhold 20% of the withdrawal to cover payment costs.

Clause 8.12 sits alongside 8.11.6 and does similar work: HitNSpin reserves the right to charge a fee equal to its own costs for withdrawing funds that have not been put into play. Depositing and immediately withdrawing is treated as a cost to the operator, and the terms let it pass that cost on.

The clause almost nobody reads: the 20x cap

Clause 8.17 is the one that changes the arithmetic for anyone who actually wins.

Where your withdrawal requests, including current account balance and lifetime withdrawals, are at least 20 times larger than the total sum of your deposits, you may be limited to 5,000 EUR (or currency equivalent) for withdrawal during 30 days.

Read that against the deposit side. A player who has deposited 400 EUR in total and is sitting on an 8,000 EUR balance has crossed the 20x line, and the payout can be metered at 5,000 EUR per 30 days regardless of which band the table above puts them in. This is a win-ratio cap, and it is not visible anywhere in the processing times.

Clause 8.19 is the counterweight and is worth knowing exists: other options and terms of withdrawal may be negotiated individually with the site administration.

Verification, and who gets asked for more

Section 6 covers identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks generally. Clause 8.10.2 makes completion of those checks a precondition of any withdrawal, which is why doing them early rather than at cash-out time is the practical move.

Two categories face extra steps under clauses 5.6.1 and 5.6.2: politically exposed persons, and customers from high-risk jurisdictions — the terms give sanctioned countries and countries with an unstable political environment as examples. Both may be asked to document where their income comes from. If you are in either group, expect source-of-funds questions and have the paperwork ready before you play, not after you win.
